Attorney Paul Fleischut writes on "Analyzing Conflicts and the 'Hot-Potato' Rule" in the May 2009 issue of St. Louis Lawyer Magazine. He discusses a few recent cases where the so-called "hot-potato" rule was applied in the context of patent litigation.
