Julie Jennings Chairs Trademark Disputes Program

On January 14, 2009, the Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis (BAMSL) and the International Trademark Association (INTA) cosponsored "Effective Mediation Techniques for Trademark Disputes." Senniger Powers attorney Julie Jennings, a member of INTA's Alternative Dispute Resolution committee, chaired the program and acted as moderator. The interactive program included a presentation by local mediator Ralph Kalish followed by an INTA video and mock mediation.
