Senniger Powers Attorneys Attend Trademark Conference - Paul Fleischut and Julie Jennings attended the 130th Annual Meeting of the International Trademark Association (INTA), held in Berlin, Germany on May 17-21, 2008. Ms. Jennings attended the Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) Committee meeting, where she serves as the U.S. Regional Coordinator for implementing seminars on using ADR in trademark disputes.

The Meeting featured many educational sessions on a variety of topics, including trademarks and bankruptcy proceedings. Ms. Jennings remarks, "The meeting offered excellent opportunities for gaining insight into European and international trademark strategies."
