Senniger Powers' Client Profiled in St. Louis Business Journal.
Senniger Powers' client International Mulch Co. was profiled in the August 24 issue of the St. Louis Business Journal. The company, which converts scrap tires into mulch, credits much of its success to the licensing of a patented process that was handled by Senniger Powers' Partner Jennifer Hoekel, the company's intellectual property attorney.
The licensing allows International Mulch to create mulch in a variety of colors. Their customers include the Kansas City Chiefs and Federal Express. The company's owners, Cindy and Mike Miller, expect 2007 sales to reach $9 million.
