Jennings to Speak at McGill University

On August 9, Senniger Powers attorney Julie Jennings will speak at McGill University in Montreal on the topic of "Interactive Comparative Discussion of U.S. and Canadian Trade-mark Prosecution Practice." Her talk, to be co-presented with Geneviève Prévost of Smart & Biggar in Toronto, is part of a joint sponsorship by McGill University and the Intellectual Property Institute of Canada. Ms. Jennings previously spoke at McGill in 2009. Her practice focuses on trademarks, licensing/transactional, copyrights, and litigation.
