Senniger Powers Hosts Inaugural Women’s Leadership Breakfast

In an effort to bring local women together to discuss business and leadership issues, Senniger Powers recently hosted the inaugural Women’s Leadership Breakfast. The event featured a presentation by Senniger Powers Associate Jan Hendrickson, titled, "Creating Your Own Leadership Development Plan."

The breakfast was held at the Missouri History Museum on Feb. 27, 2007, and attracted approximately 25 of the area’s leading female attorneys and business leaders.

The morning’s presentation centered around the fundamentals of leadership, as well as steps to developing a personal leadership plan including self-assessment, developing a personal vision and goals, creating an action plan, sharing your plan with others and monitoring your personal progress.
