Interview with Us
Candidates for employment should be in the top 25 percent of their law school and undergraduate classes, with excellent writing skills and analytical ability, and a commitment to a career in intellectual property law. A technical background in one of the natural or applied sciences is required for candidates interested in patent prosecution, preferred for candidates interested in litigation and not required for candidates interested solely in trademark or copyright law.
