Mr. Everding's practice includes all areas of
intellectual property law. His primary emphasis is
preparation and prosecution of
Mr. Everding received his Juris Doctor, cum laude, in 2008 from The John Marshall Law School, where he served as Managing Editor of The John Marshall Law Review. While in law school, he was a judicial extern for the Honorable E. Richard Webber of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri. Mr. Everding earned a Certificate in Intellectual Property Law, and he was selected as John Marshall's 2008 nominee for the Jan Jancin Award, a national award for outstanding academic achievement in intellectual property law awarded by the American Bar Association and the American Intellectual Property Law Association. He also received academic excellence awards in Evidence, Torts, and Sales Transactions.
