Community Involvement

Ms. Gillette is active in the Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis (BAMSL).  She is a member at large of BAMSL’s Young Lawyers Division Executive Committee.  Sara serves on the Project Angel Tree committee and coordinates CLEs for the Women in the Legal Profession section of BAMSL.  She also works on the Young Friends of the Garden board for the Missouri Botanical Garden.

Sara Gillette's practice is concentrated in intellectual property litigation. She has been involved in litigation involving patent infringement, trade secret misappropriation, idea misappropriation, and unfair competition. Ms. Gillette's practice also includes the preparation and prosecution of patent applications.

Sara Gillette received her Bachelor of Science in Chemistry in 2001 from Rockhurst University in Kansas City. Ms. Gillette graduated from Saint Louis University School of Law.  Sara Gillette was also a member of  the Saint Louis University Public Law Review.

Ms. Gillette is a member of the Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis, American Intellectual Property Law Association, and St. Louis Lawyers Association.
