Mr. Keppel's practice includes the preparation and prosecution of patent applications in the United States and abroad. His focus is primarily upon chemical and semiconductor patent preparation and prosecution.

Mr. Keppel received his Bachelor of Science from Truman State University in 1997. Mr. Keppel graduated summa cum laude and received the Outstanding Graduating Senior in Chemistry Award. He received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Iowa in 2004, where he graduated with high distinction. Mr. Keppel was a member of the Order of the Coif and was the highest ranking student in Taxation of Business Enterprises.
