Marc Vander Tuig focuses his practice on litigating intellectual property disputes, including patent infringement, trademark and trade dress infringement, and misappropriation of trade secrets. He has successfully litigated complex patent disputes in district courts throughout the United States, the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, and the Board of Patent Appeals and Interferences of the United States Patent and Trademark Office. He also has experience litigating other types of commercial disputes in federal court, including antitrust cases.
Mr. Vander Tuig is a member of the American Bar Association and the Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis.
