Professional Summary
Mr. Rabenberg has extensive experience in federal court litigation, both at the trial and the appellate court stages. His experience has been in commercial litigation, with a focus on intellectual property and ERISA litigation.
Prior to joining Senniger Powers in 1999, his practice focused on ERISA litigation and intellectual property litigation. Since joining Senniger Powers, Mr. Rabenberg’s focus has been on patent, trademark, trade secret, and copyright litigation. He has been involved in litigation in many federal district courts across the country and has argued appeals before the Federal Circuit and the Eighth Circuit.
Mr. Rabenberg is a member of the Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis.

Community Involvement
Mr. Rabenberg has been active in St. Louis area public school governance, having served on the Brentwood School District Board of Education since 1996, and having participated in related public service activities, including the St. Louis County Special School District Governing Council, the Brentwood Foundation, and the Brentwood Redevelopment Corporation.
