Mr. Hodges focuses his practice on litigating intellectual property disputes, including patent infringement, copyright infringement, trademark and trade dress infringement, misappropriation of trade secrets, and breach of contract.

Mr. Hodges received his Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Philosophy-Neuroscience-Psychology from Washington University in St. Louis in 2004. Mr. Hodges graduated from the University of Missouri-Columbia School of Law in 2009.

Community Involvement

Mr. Hodges belongs to the American Intellectual Property Law Association and is a member of the Model Jury Instruction Subcommittee. He is a member of the Young Lawyers Division (YLD) of the Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis (BAMSL). Mr. Hodges is a member of BAMSL's St. Louis Bar Foundation Board, and serves as YLD Liaison. He is a volunteer attorney for Legal Services of Eastern Missouri. He received the John R. Essner Young Lawyer of the Year Award from Legal Services of Eastern Missouri in 2011 for his outstanding pro bono dedication.
