Mr. Eidson is a member of the
American Bar Association, the Florida Bar, the Missouri Bar
Association, and the Bar Association of Metropolitan St.
Louis. Mr. Eidson serves on the advisory board of a
local non-profit organization that provides needed resources
to underprivileged individuals and families.
Professional Summary
Mr. Eidson’s practice encompasses
many areas of complex civil litigation, both at the trial
and appellate level, and he has appeared in federal courts
throughout the country. His intellectual property experience
includes litigation involving patent infringement, copyright
infringement, trademark infringement, trademark dilution,
trade dress infringement, trade secret misappropriation, and
unfair competition. In addition, Mr. Eidson has successfully
defended companies against patent infringement allegations
brought by license acquisition companies (patent
trolls). Prior to joining Senniger Powers, Mr. Eidson
